Its extremely fine, lightweight, and very low-stretch fibres make Dyneema the ideal lines for controllable kites. At the same weight, Dyneema fibres are much stronger than steel. The minimal elongation of the material (less than 5%) ensures maximum control of the wing, and the very small diameter of the line minimizes air resistance. The surface of our Dyneema lines is very smooth so that they don't snag or even "scient" when twisted. The fibre is extremely resistant to abrasion, moisture, UV rays, and chemicals.
